Section Description
New and reopened railbed trail along E side of Inlet; scenic and historic. Involves a car shuttle.
This section of the Inlet Trail takes about 5 hrs hiking along the east side of the Alberni Inlet with an option to go another couple hours. This is a new and reopened rail-bed trail, very scenic and historic.
Hikers will meet at the parking lot at Ship Creek Road & Anderson Ave on the south side of Port Alberni at 8:45 am.
If there is appreciable difference in weather, the date may change to July 16.

Transportation Details
Car shuttle will be arranged prior to the start of the hike; please contact Barb for more information. Car pool to Port Alberni may also be available, arranged with other hikers.
