Section Description

We are saddened to announce that the Kusam Klimb has been cancelled this year due to major avalanche risk. The Kusam Klimbers worked all weekend with avalanche safety experts to try to eradicate the danger, but with no luck. Registration fees and dinner/dance ticket costs will be refunded as soon as possible by the Kusam Klimb club. If you need more information, please contact them directly.

"The Kusam Klimb is a wild and rugged 23 km loop heading up and over Mount H’Kusam and down the Stowe Creek watershed. Starting at sea level, participants pass through some of the most spectacular scenery on Vancouver Island with views of mountain peaks and the Johnstone Strait as they negotiate their way over the well-developed trail. Are YOU tough enough?"

For further details see the Kusam Klimb website.

Registration should be done via the Kusam Klimb online registration through the Running Room.
